Michael Mabry is owner of Sora Resource Group, LLC.  Prior to establishing himself as a consultant, Michael gained 27 years of experience increasing in level of responsibility, starting in risk management (human safety, fire, environmental, security) as a safety engineer, transforming into HR generalist, plant HR manager, corporate HR manager, North America HR director, and culminating as General Manager of Human Resources for a $1.2 billion automotive Tier I parts manufacturer.  His latter responsibilities included directing all aspects of associate relations, employment law, staffing, safety, government/ community relations, and compensation/ benefits strategy for 3,400 people and seven sites across North America.
